The NYC Fashion Week is over and there were some interesting designs.  Chinese young and talented Chocheng (known for ‘stylishly’ classy dresses) had this year a nice and beautifully ‘plainish’ collection with some romantic and everlasting touch on them. You can see that he loves to make clothes. Not just to make fashion-doll-catwalk-eyecandy -like dresses…

The picture reports from all of the NYC FW shows was showing that nowadays looks like the show itself has come to the center of the attraction. Hopefully there’s still much promising young designers focusing (and loving) the design and keeping the fashion world real and alive inside.

The famous NYC Fashion Week (now Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week) is still rolling in New York but you can already say there hasn’t been very much mind blowing designs at the catwalk this year. Hope the rest couple of days will show us something different…

One worth to mention is the new collection by Kati Stern aka Venexiana. Her princess style look has been developed in a more unique, stylish and classy way. The girls wearing those ballroom gowns and dresses must feel themselves uplifted to some secret magical fairyland. And of course the black eyeliner has been in a very hard use for the models like always.
