There’s lot of fashion designer pairs, a couples and/or a share-minded visionaires in fashion world. These two almost always  has something that defines them very much something like of their own. Like a rare breed of some usual animal. Cannot say exactly what it is but definetely it is not a negative thing. In some cases it looks like it’s almost a virtue. Flora Gill and Alexa Adams are not an exception. Their just released new spring and summer collection do not have a big impact in fashion industry but there’s something Derek loves. Maybe something “mondrianesque” if you ask me.

Not very orthodox post but couldn’t help laughing when seeing these (under the title “Fashions’ finest at your finger tips!”). Do you agree the fashion icons really look more chic when they are made as finger puppets? You can have the box set as Paris, London, Milan or New York. Trés bien!

Looks like Jeffrey Campbell is leaning towards more classical style with his shoes line nowadays as he released five new shoes today.  Jeffrey says that the women model, named “Polish” (above), looks like: “Holiday vixen at office party meets Lady Gaga style makeout session with co-worker.” Yes, that’s right. And the look for men: “Annie Hall meets street savvy hipster.” Nevermind the verbal splash especially those shoes for men (Uniform) are actually a pretty neat ones. Mm, found my shoes for this springtime?…

Chantell Walters has released her trans-seasonal cardigan collection. The press release says: “Chantell’s collection simply entitled ‘The cardigan Collection’ comprises of unique, beautifully draped cocoon shaped sleeveless cardigans available in, silk jersey, viscose and cotton. While the colour palette varies from light to charcoal grey, black & grey stripes, fuchsia, turquoise and black. The aforementioned colours can take you seamlessly from autumn/winter to spring/summer hence the trans-seasonal nature of this collection.”

As early as the age of fifteen Chantell began designing and making clothes and co-producing fashion shows. Fast forward a few years later and Chantell graduates from the London College of Fashion with a BA in Fashion Design and Technology Womenswear. Internships at Preen and Gavin Douglas, coupled with her love of colour, proportion, form and science fiction inspire Chantell to launch her debut collection.
