Hope this is not becoming a habit but another celebrity sighting underway. The Neuro Drinks Yacht in Cannes hosted some parties as the film festival get itself going and the boat was full of the stars. Like Naomi Watts, Richard Branson,  Lindsay Lohan, Dean Cain, Ingrid Sischy, Salma Hayek, Francois Pinault, Hayden Panettiere and Ludacris, But the most sophisticated and definitely the most classy pair on that evening was the hostess Diana Jenkins and Queen Noor of Jordan. And they are both doing remarkable job on their philanthropic activities. Respect.

The town of Hyères in Southern France hosted again a runway for the young and talented fashion designers. The winner of the prize voted on by the public was Tsolmandakh Munkhuu, a 33-year-old Paris-based Mongolian designer. Her black collection was emphasized with completely black painted models. Too bad there’s not much of an information about this interesting designer.

Do not usually post any celebrity sightings here but let’s do it for this time. And that’s because of the ‘lés chic’ couple over there: the designer of alice + olivia Stacey Bendet, and Eddie Stern director of Ashtanga Yoga New York. They have a very nice and elegant taste on their outfit. Unlike Gwyneth Paltrow has a little bit of ‘out of place’ -feeling on her dress. Yes, that’s the purpose for the design but it still feels out of place and time if you know what I mean.. The happening was Bent on Learning annual benefit held in last week with the usual suspects ie. Madonna, Donna Karan, Russell Simmons, Sean Lennon, Charlotte Kemp Muhl, Fisher Stevens, The Beastie Boys’ Mike Diamond, etc.

The organisation offers instruction in yoga and meditation to students in New York City public schools and youth centers as a means of reducing stress and improving concentration, self-esteem and overall health.
