Lodger – The July Shoe
July 12th, 2010

Lodger has made it’s way to this blog maybe too many times but Derek just loves good old fashion shoes made with excellent craftsmanship, pride and exceptional thinking. Their July shoe is no exception. Lauren from Lodger told us: “Bit of an unusual one this time, made from a very fine linen, silk and cotton blend fabric from neighbouring tailors, Scabal”. And the press release says: “The lasting of the silk fabric was a particular feat of ingenuity for our factory. The delicate yet distinctive shade is balanced out with the matching mid-brown piping, burnished French calf tongue and backstrap, lace and eyelets”.
